Something is wrong with my phone, I haven’t had signal in more than two months I’ve even ordered a new sim and it’s broke.

What phone do you have?

Have you done a factory reset on the phone or reset the network connections at all, or done a manual scan?

 

Have you checked status.o2.co.uk for your postcode or does it not work anywhere?
