Solved: Phone showing no service

I ordered a new SIM card and it is a monthly contract but my phone is saying no service and I cannot place any calls, text messages or use mobile data and I am not receiving calls or text messages

You need to do a sim swap from your old sim if you still have it Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update

Otherwise, You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202
