Phone says no service- SIM card isn’t working

My phone says no service and I can’t make or receive calls. I can’t use any apps. I took it to a phone shop and they said I need a new SIM card. How do I request a new SIM card?

You have 2 options

1. The quickest is to go to an o2 store with Photo ID, and they will do a sim swap for you, and means you will be up and running in minutes.

2. The slowest is to call o2 and request a sim card to be posted out, this may take a while for it be to delivered by Snail Mail with the Xmas rush on deliveries, you will then need to call o2 to do the sim swap
