I have cancelled my contract after renewal as I have been mis sold. I have returned phone promptly on 29th of May. On the 7th of June I have received confirmation from O2 that they have received the device. Since then nothing happened, service is still showing in my account. The number is active on/off (?) and they are chasing me for payment for service I didn't even have a chance to use. It seems to me that they are deliberately prolonging this process in order to be able to charge customers the full month amount.
Any ideas how to get it sorted and finally cancel the contract, would be much appreciated.
