Quickest way is to pop instore and get one after explaining the circumstances. You will need ID and proof of ownership.
You could also call customer services, though you would need to wait for the sim to arrive. https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

The store can't supply a replacement sim and will put you on to customer service.
Call them and report the sim lost as it needs to be blocked.
They will post you a replacement with your number already on but once received you need to call again to get the block on your account removed.
