Phone recycling offer

Hi, I've just upgraded from a Samsung s10e to a Samsung S21 5G. The offer says I can get an additional £150 on my phone recycling, by putting my Order number in the Promo code. I have done this, but just says invalid code. Any thoughts, please?

No, i've just set it up today.... new phone arrived yesterday. Do i need to give it a few days?

Check the offer carefully. Mine says that you have to "complete the order process to trade in your device with O2 Recycle between 1.07.21 and 5.10.21". I received mine on the 4th Oct, tried to use my order number on the recycle page but had the same problem you did and now I can't get hold of anyone to find out if I can still claim. But on the O2 shop it says you can trade in a Samsung Galaxy phone until 29th Dec.

I have spoken to a member of the Recycle team today who was able to confirm whether the order number was still active and valid to use for the offer. I was then told to complete the recycle without entering the code, and once I have received the confirmation email, to call back so that they could apply the code manually.
