Solved: Phone quiry

Hi, I've had a new phone after sending my last 2 Xperia phones back. Although this seems to be a better phone I still can't get any signal above 2-3g network. Also is it normal for your phone to get really hot whe. A hotspot is connected. I never had this with my previous phones. I'm so disappointed with the phone I'm considering paying off my contact and moving to someone else
