Hi my phone has crashed and won't come back on screen froze went off and wont come back on and need your advice this is really inconvenient and needs sorting thank you

Took it to 02 shop and had it sent for repair as it was completely dead and unresponsive got it back and working again fine

Have you tried a soft reset?

@Neilsy69 send it to the manufacturer for a repair. Don’t use o2’s repairs

Hi @Neilsy69

If it's an Android phone then....

Hold the Volume Up and Power button simultaneously (for Samsung Galaxy devices, hold Volume Up + Home + Power)

It should vibrate then restart again

However we do need to know the type of phone?

For Android you hold power and volume down on phones without a home key, for iPhone it's power and home or power and volume down depending on model, for Sony there is a reset button etc but this post would be 10 pages long to list every different phone so please tell us the phone you have.
