My phone was paid off in June but my new bill for airtime has lost its discount and so I am paying more then expected. I have 4 numbers on my a/c but this one has lost its discount, the others one still show them.

I guess I will get one if I upgrade to a new phone but am not ready to do that yet. Do you know if I change tariff then the discount would then be reapplied? I checked the Family Plan and it seems I should get a 40% doscunt on the airtime. I woud prefer to talk to O2 but of course not possible in current LD.

Many thanks.

@mark245

A tariff change won't do it but you  can upgrade to a sim only plan and you will be able to apply for it.

Seeing your phone has now been paid off you could upgrade to a sim only tariff then rea-apply for your family plan discount. You can do this via My O2 or visiting your local store where they could show you the family plan discount has been added. You will still be able to upgrade to a new phone at any point you would want to.

If for any reason the discount doesn't activate O2 customer service would be able to look into this for you.

Hope this helps.

Oh great, thanks, the new plans are less than 50% of current price without discount!
