I ordered a new phone on the 12th October when o2 PHONED ME AND OFFERED ME IT.
was promised it would arrive within 4 weeks. And it’s almost six weeks and it isn’t here yet ? Still saying out of stock. And I can’t seem to speak to anyone about this ?

Don’t think they should be allowed to sell them currently with the way the customer service is it is awful. Not even an email updating customers

I did call them. And I just kept getting an apology. I even paid for the cover and fast charge plug. It arrived within a couple days and o2 made £35 off of me for that. Still no phone and no resolution. Even better I added a new line today all was fine until I went in to my emails to confirm the order and it said no because I have to wait till my previous order arrives. Nobody seems to have a clue !!!

Assuming the phone on order is an iPhone 14 Pro / Pro Max? If so Apple have already highlighted that supplies are restricted and that some people who order now won't get their devices before Christmas, O2 and a number of other companies will all be waiting on supplies to arrive and sadly only Apple will know when they will get them.
The good news is if you ordered back in October I can't see you waiting much longer to be fair.
