Not on a contract but you can buy any of them outright by paying in full at the time of purchase.

Or you could buy a pay as you go phone

If buying outright isn't for you,you could consider buying with a credit card and just pay back per month what you can afford. I appreciate the interest charges but just another scenario where you can keep that tariff.

You could buy it PAYG but if you are buying an Android phone I'd buy it SIM free from elsewhere as you'll get updates when the manufacturer releases them and won't be waiting for O2 to approve them for distribution.

I would try one of the third party online stores as suggested above who will sell you a "SIM Free" phone without a contract
