I opened a new account with 02 ten days ago and I was advised that I would need a sim with a temporary phone number and my own personal number would transfer from 3 in Five to ten days. It has now passed 10 days and the transfer still hasn’t happened. I have been advised by 02 earlier in the week to keep using my 3 sim. Now I can’t even contact 02 by phone constant messages it has not been possible to connect you. Please can any one help as I need to keep my personal number
