I have recently upgraded to the iPhone 17, from the iPhone 14 Plus. Received my new phone in the post. Was told by the agent that I could just put my normal sim into my new phone and continue with the same number. As soon as I did this last night, I have now stopped receiving calls on my phone. I can’t make outgoing calls either. My text messages are only sending from email and when people try and phone me, it tells them my number is invalid! Can’t even phone o2 to get this resolved.

Can you put the SIM back into the old phone to make your calls, @Taylor88?
O2 used to put a "shipping lock" on new high-end phones, which needs to be removed by O2 Guide: O2 BARs
