Phone number change

Hi. I moved to o2 4 days ago. I requested to bring my old number immediately. Told it would change over inside 24 hrs. 4 days later nothing has happened. Tried calling. Can’t get through with this request. Help appreciated. Thank you. Vaughan

Number porting and migrating doesn't happen at weekende so it will probably be Tuesday before it's complete

If You need to call O2 then choose any of the options, fraud etc
Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
