My phone has no sigal I put my sim in another phone and it works perfect is my phone faulty I have backed it up reset to factor setting still nothing

Yes, the fact that your sim works in another phone would indicate a fault with yours.

Get in touch with the manufacturer if phone is still in warranty.

This definitely sounds like a hardware issue @Souchy1234. Let us know how you get on with the manufacturer.
