I lost my phone on Saturday but it was found and handed in on Sunday.
I asked for it to be blocked which was done ok. On Monday I rang customer service to unblock it.... It is now Friday and I still can't use data or male or receive calls or texts?
I need my phone for work and i can only email or message while I have WiFi.
I was told it takes 24hours to return to normal but it's been 5 days!
Thus is terrible service and I am starting to lose work!
