Hi I Brought 2 mobile phones with O2 sim cards yesterday. I was told that they would be connected today.

but nothing has happened today can you help.

Are they contract or pay as you go phones ? But you may need to contact customer services etc

@AnonymousInfo here on activating your sim.

If on contract you just put your sim in the phone and you should be good to go.

If Payg you will have to top up first.
