Phone not charging

My Samsung A71 isn't charging. It isn't even a year old. It's a brand new charger, no dirt or debris and not dropped etc!

It may be worth looking on the Samsung website, troubleshooting or give them a call.

It could be the charger or the cable that is causing the A71 to not charge , it seems to be a common issue, so might be worth popping over to the Samsung Support forums. 

Also have you tried a cable into a computer? or a different cable.
