I know this is trivial but it annoys me. The model type doesn't display in the O2 android app for my phone but it does for the second phone and it did for my previous phone. O2 support says it can take a while to show after a change of phone but it's now 4 months since I got my samsung s9 from o2.

Usually within 24 hours so you'll have to contact customer services for them to update it for you.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
