Recently fell behind on my monthly payments and my phone got cut off. So last friday i called up to get my phone back on and made a payment that i was told to (through the app once my access had been given back) 1 week later the app has not updated my balance due and my phone is still off (cant recieve texts/calls and data does not work) would anyone know why this is and how long this takes to get up and running? (yes i have tried turning the device off and on)

Due to the current situation, it's taking longer than normal to reconnect phones.
You can call O2 on any of the numbers in this guide.(You will need to borrow a phone, use a landline or Skype)
