Hi,

So my phone has bricked itself this morning. Completely dead, won't charge, won't turn on. Was working fine, then just died.

In the meantime I've tried to get in contact with o2 but just get the stupid assistant AI chat thing. It sends me round in circles, call this number (I can't my phone won't turn on), sign into myO2 but you need a text code to sign in (i can't, my phone won't turn on)...we are now closing the chat down, great thanks.

Anyway I can actually talk to someone real please? Live alone so no other phones to borrow at the moment for the calling part.

Nobody here from O2 as this is a customer based community.

What phone model is it. Guessing it was bought from O2, if so how long ago

All the ways to contact O2 are in the help file.

As you have internet access the social media links may be the best

Guide: How to find help & contact O2

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

@Nxs725 You might want to try to contact support of your phone's manufacturer. You can Google the appropriate page.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
