I have a new Moto g7 power. The phone was only ringing 4 times before going to answerphone. I googled how to extend the ring length and the advice was to dial this code into the phone **61*901*11*30# which I did. Now the phone doesn't ring at all it goes straight to voicemail but not O2 voicemail but to EE voicemail! So now I'm receiving no calls at all and don't know what I should do to be able to received calls again. Help is really needed please. Should I take my phone to an O2 shop in the hope they can resolve this?

Hi @Whitins
If you have an O2 phone then this guide shows you everything you need to know about O2 voicemail Guide: All you need to know about O2 Voicemail 901
Not sure why you would be linked to EE unless you were with them previously? O2 VM is 901, EE is a completely different number.
If you continue having issues then take it instore. You may need a new sim
Hope that helps and welcome to the community

Just dial ##002# and press send or call.
This will cancel all diverts and return phone to normal operation.

Thankyou.I tried the ##002# and message came up call ddiverts off but it's still going to EE voicemail. This is a new phone unlocked but had my O2 SIM in it. I have never been with EE so don't understand why it's EE voicmail. I'm totally confused

Go into call settings and find voicemail number.
Change it to 901.
