I ordered a phone which arrived today and am unhappy with it as it is smaller than I expected. I was hoping to swap it for a similar phone (larger) and I have tried to access the form to do this online but it keeps taking me to the “how to fix my phone” form. I have tried ringing the customer service number 202, but each option is sending me back to the online option and I can’t speak to a customer service representative. Can anyone point me in the right direction for the correct form or number please?

@TB2

You'll need to call customer service.
Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
