Hello,

I have accidentally dropped my device that I pay monthly and the screen has broke on it. I'm wondering if I have warranty to get it repaired?

Thank you.

Hi @Kesh28

Welcome to the o2 Community forum

A phone's warranty would not cover accidental damage or loss.  If you purchased insurance with your phone yes or sometimes home insurance.

Not unless you have taken out insurance with O2 or you have cover via your Bank or house insurance. A broken screen is not covered by warranty

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

&one contents insurance does sometimes extend to accidental damage and loss or theft of possessions from a car, @Kesh28 - but you will need to check the small print on any policy you might have.

Good luck!
