Phone cut off

My phone has been cut off after it said it has been paid please can someone help I cant ring o2 cause my phone transfers me to something else

It takes about 24 hrs for O2 to reconnect your phone. Keep rebooting it.

If you want to contact O2, you could borrow a phone, use a landline or Skype.
