Help.. I have a payment plan and paid the amount as discussed but they have still put blocks on my phone and I can’t get hold of anyone to help.

O2 are short-staffed due to current situation/circumstances, but 8am used to be a good time to call them.

The payment plan is just to help you pay.

The system will still disconnect any accounts until all money is fully paid.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

The phone will remain restricted until full payment has been received. The payment plan stops your credit file being affected.
