Hi @Jamstok12
You just have to perservere with customer services I'm afraid. You may have to pay a reconnection fee
Both customer services and live chat are available this morning as I have spoken with live chat,
Edied to add you can call CS from any phone by calling

Hi @Cleoriff ,
Thanks so much for your response.
Tried to call them via my mobile but each time it just tells me i've been cut off and then disconnects the call. I've tried 202 also, same message.
I have no other methods of calling as working from home today and do not have a landline!
Tried resetting my phone but nothing seems to work.
Hopefully they will turn livechat back on ASAP

Any chance you could borrow a phone and call them on the number I gave above?

It takes 24 hours to reconnect your phone.
It will be working by tomorrow morning.
Reboot after midnight tonight.
