Phone cut off for 2 days bill paid in full

Hi, I paid my bill one day late. I rang up 02 who said they are updating systems but my phone is now on. I have been without service nearly two days. Please can this be sorted

If you want to avoid problems like this in the future, consider setting up a Direct Debit.

Unfortunately you won't be reconnected now until after the bank holiday because of the system maintenance.

Sorry you feel the need to vent your anger at a fellow customer who is simply trying to give you some help.

Very sorry for your loss. When terrible things happen everything seems to go wrong at the same time.
You need your phone. If you call Customer services, I am quite sure it can be sorted out .
If you do experience further difficulties pop back here and I'm sure everyone will try to give you the support you need.

The  maintenance work, mentioned by @Bambino  was due to be finished today at 8am. As it was going on from Friday, there will probably be a backlog of work for customer services and other teams to catch up on so you may have to be patient for a little longer now.

As it's a bank holiday today, CS doesn't open till 10am, so call them when they open. Expect a long wait though.
