Please can someone help me my phone is cut off completely and unable to get incoming and can’t access the app, how do I pay my bill to be reconnected if I have no means of accessing anything. I’m not very mobile right now so really need some help as I can’t get out of the house

They have cut off all outgoing calls on mine and access to the app so cannot even ring them ?

If you had read the thread, you will see the answer is the same, call the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217 from another phone or use Skype (or other VOIP Service).
