Phone cut off as bill not paid

Hi my phine has been cut off but i need it put back on the 16th as my son is in hospital and as ive been cut off i cant contact the hospital or my partner (ny sons mum) to see how he is would u be able to put it back on

@Troy Your phone will not be reconnected until you pay your bill. As it's now the weekend there isn't much chance of anything being done until Monday at the earliest.

Any chance you could borrow the money off someone? Otherwise they won't reconnect you and when they do there will be a late payment fee and a reconnection fee. Or borrow a phone off someone?

Hope you can get your difficulty with paying for your phone sorted soon.
Maybe it would be better when all is sorted to go onto PAYGO , I find the o2 classic pay as you go excellent very good value for money especially for calls texts.
