Phone coverage in a basement flat

Anonymous
Not applicable

Even though the O2 coverage suggests I should get 4G here I normally only get one bar on my iPhone and when anyone rings me at home  I have to leave my (admittedly basement) flat and go outside to hold a conversation. Not ideal.

Does anyone know the place where I can lodge a complaint about the coverage using email? Email addressess for this sort of thing seem to be conveniently absent from the O2 website.

You can't expect coverage in a basement flat.
You can use Tugo over your wifi though which should help you.
If you still wish to complain the process is on this link

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:

Signal will vary dependent on building structure and location. Have you recently moved or did you take out the contract knowing that coverage was limited in the flat?
