Can someone please help me last week I took out a contract phone but realised I orderd the wrong phone so I rang today to cancel it so I could re order the phone again to the correct one I wanted the girl told me on the phone that she cancelled the contract for me and tonight I recieved emails and texts saying my phone was on the way and would be here in 2 days ?is this because it takes 24 hours to update should I ignore the emails or has it not been cancelled ?also won’t I not receive a bill for cancelling as I’m still on the cooling of period ?

I was on the phone about an hour ago and was transferred to 4 different people 2 of them told me it needed to be cancelled and the last guy I spoke to said it’s definitely cancelled That he could see it on the notes I’m just so confused because I only got a email and a text an hour ago to say it was on it’s way even though I called to have it cancelled this morning

So annoying !after being told by a 02 worker on the phone that it was cancelled when it’s not twice !!
