I decided to go on contract in August last year, I had e-mails from o2 with various offers and I chose the offer which was costing £16.00 per month for 200 hundred minutes of call + 100mb of data and unlimited texts. Since then my bills have never been less than £29.00.
Could some one o2 explain, !!!! have I been put on the wrong tariff.

Hi there,
It would be worth you registering / logging in on MyO2 (http://http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2) and checking what you've used in terms of your contract before you ring O2. If you are going over your data, you should receive SMS notifications so it's likely to be calls to numbers that aren't included in your free minutes ("View and Print your latest bill").
It's also worth checking that you didn't take our insurance on your handset as this will add to your bills.
Good luck, and if all else fails, call 202.

Was the the swap to contract from payg and receive a monthly discount?
We saw loads at the time where the discount was not applied.
