Phone blocked

I didn’t pay my phone bill on time so my phone got cut off and a blocker put on it. since then, I have paid my phone bill but the blocker hasn’t been taken off. I can’t get hold of anyone from o2 due to COVID-19 despite days of trying. I can’t phone, message or use my 3G until the blocker gets taken off. Anyone know how to fix this?

Hi @MorganPaigeT ,

 

It usually takes up to 24 hours for a bar to be removed from an account. Keep turning your phone off and on until your service resumes.

I forgot to mention it’s been over 36 hours since, I’ve done a soft and hard reset on my phone several times x

Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
