Hi all, i woke this morning to an email stating that my was blocked from making/reciving calls etc, because of an over due payment. I checked on the o2 app and there is no over due payment.
so i rang 202 and the automated voice told me my account was zero ammount over due.
Both my last monthly device plan and airtime have been paid, my next bill arrives on 26 Apr 2020.
Any ideas why ive been blocked?

You need to contact the payment management team. You can use Skype if you have no phone.

Thanks for the advice, restrictions now being lifted.
The only way i could get through to speak to someone was by choosing the phone stolen option.
Guy sorted it rapid..

Is your account definitely blocked?
There are lots of scams going around at the moment and links from emails and texts should never be followed not have any personal details entered.

Yeah it was definitely blocked, some automated service flagged up a higher than normal spend by about a tenner, and cut me off..LOL
