Phone bill

I've paid my phone bill twice last month, it is now showing ' - ' in my balance. Does this mean that next month it will already be paid for and my balance will go back to nothing instead of showing the outstanding amount to pay?

Any credits will be carried forward and used to pay next months bill automatically.
