Hi I’m wanting to set a payment plan up for what I ow, I had a really bad end few months of my pregnancy and I’ve just had my little girl so I’ve not been able to work or earn any money so I’ve been really struggling

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (or specific Payment management number -0800 902 0217 )
