I have paid all my bills but for some reason keeps saying I didn’t and because of that is not letting me call or do anything, why could be the reason ?

You will need to call Payment Management on 0800 902 0217
If you had outstanding bills and only just paid them it can take upto 48hours for service to be re-connected
