Hi my phone bills have been paid however my account is blocked from calling texting using 3g and it diverts me to payment when calling someone. On the system it shows i havent paid £30.45 as i received a msg to confirm this. Can you pls help me out i cant use my phone and everything is paid i can track and see on my o2 app
