Hi I have not been working due to having COVID. I was wondering if I could pay my phone bill on the 21st of October please and thank k u.

You need to speak to Payment management on 0800 902 0217 and they will be able to advise on if they can. 

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
