I've tried to pay my phone bill and my app ain't working and you keep bumping up the price. Can I have someone help me pay it please

You need to login to the web version to pay it go to https://o2.co.uk and login to myo2 from a laptop / desktop and you should be able to pay it.

If not call customer services on -0344 809 0202 from any other phone.

I've tried to log into.my account but it keeps saying error. Signed out and signed back in and still says error

If you want to avoid problems like this in the future, set up a Direct Debit.
