Why is my app saying I still owe money on my air time, I've paid it. I'm not paying again

This needs sorting otherwise you will lose a customer, but I don't want to so please sort it out. I've had days where my phone turns of when people ring me, I ring back and they cant hear me. Which means my signal been up and down and I've not had full benefits of my phone lately. Please sort it
