I’ve payed my last month bill and my nxt bill not due till the end of the month so why have you not put me back on

You need to call payment management.

Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

These guys can give you more time to pay but you may still be cut off as it is an automated system process.
