Phone bill

hi just wondering if someone can help me out. A few months back I decided to get the Samsung s10 on 02 refresh contract with it being £16.42 monthly device plan an £28.75 Airtime bill which totals to £45.17 which is paid at the end of each month. Last month I decided to get the Samsung note 10 lite through mobile phones direct which is £33 a month. My bill was due today an 02 have taking £96 pound out my bank, This doesn't seem correct an I feel like I've been overcharged?

My phone bill each month should be £78. Don't understand how am being charged £96.
