@Cr0202 I would recommend turning your devices off and on again if you haven't already done so. It appears with the C-19 situation that many services like the billing system are taking longer than usual to update accounts. If this doesn't solve the issue, I would recommend calling customer services, just be aware the wait times are longer than usual.
