Hi I have paid my bill but they haven’t reconnected me I have been waiting for 2days I am a key worker and need my phone I have called various numbers and all the time getting can’t answer your call please help

You have to be patient with CS. They are running a limited service. If you hear music then you are in a queue and just hold on.
