Did you make your device payment too?

It may also take 24 hours to reinstate your phone after payment and rebooting may help speed it up, but any problems should be addressed to customer service Guide: How to find help & contact O2

If your payment was on time your phone shouldn't have been cut off? Even a couple of days late and O2 are quick to restrict the phone.

Have you thought about re-instating the direct debit so as not to have this problem again?

Please don't take offence, it's just a thought @Kaitlin
