Hi I have had a purchased made to my o2 which wasn't me and I didn't recognise it and spoke to one of your team members from Trowbridge and I was told to contact the group or report it as fraud which I have done to Google and it is pending investigation. I have been still charged the amount that was chosen from the app. How do I go about the phone bill as the money has already been taking out of my bank account and it was over £53 when my phone bill was supposed to be under £20 what should I do.

You have no choice but to wait for fraud to complete their investigation.
If it is proven to be fraud, they will refund you.
