Hello, I’m just wondering is it possible to only pay for the phone and not the SIM card as I cannot afford it anymore, Thankyou

You need to contact payment management.

To pay bills, ask for payment extensions etc, you need to contact the Payment Management Team.
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

The airtime has to run whilst a device plan is active.

If you were to pay off the device plan, you can then cancel the airtime, but the airtime must be paid whilst there is still money owing on device plan.

Payment management will set up a repayment plan for you to help with the payments.
