I didn’t manage to pay my phone bill due to not having the money at the time, now the contract has stopped completely and has gone up increasingly in price and I can’t afford the price of this months phome bill I can only afford to pay for the one month but I don’t know how to do this? Is it possible as I really can’t afford this

Advice from an O2 Guru to get through:
If you call 202 or any of the free numbers, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Choose the fraud option if necessary
